Merging data, deleting unique and duplicates

Hello! I’ve been trying to figure this out for awhile and I’m stuck. I need a macro or something that will accomplish the following.

I have a list of data (tickets) from columns A-E. In column F I have a memo for these. Each day I grab an updated list of tickets and paste them into the sheet. Leaving a blank line. Conditional format to highlight duplicates. I delete the unique values from the top half and delete the duplicates from the bottom half. This way I have the up to date list with the memos of the tickets still in process there. Basically I need a macro that will do this or achieve the same end result (ie. grabbing the memo from above, putting that on the new data and then just deleting the whole top half).

I’ve tried a bunch of things but I can’t figure it out for the life of me. I also have conditional formatting to highlight the whole row a certain color if the memo has a certain word and would like that to stay.
