Copy a single value per data set to the rest of the cells of the set

Hi All,

I'm working on a data sheet composed of 3 columns (A:C) and over 28,000 rows of data.
Data are grouped in sets. Each set is separated from the following with one blank row.
There is a single value assigned to the first cell in ColC for each set.
I need to copy that value in ColC cell for the rest of cells in the set.
The attached example makes it clearer, as Sheet1 is the data sample before, and Sheet2 is the data sample after copying that value in ColC per set to the rest of the cells..

Can I get assistance with this question, please?
