how to reformat these formulas for VBA

I have listed 4 formulas that work on my sheet but I am automating them into VBA code. How do I go about changing them to work

If you record a macro of you pasting those formulas in to the relevant cells Excel will convert them into R1C1 style formulas.

For example

Formula:

and can be used directly in your code.
