VB Code to do Conditional formating for range of cells

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB Code to perform Conditional formatting for range of data (Start in Row 3 and Column I) until last data (in this case Row 23)
If value is zero then have Font to white (Hide the value zero)
