'default positive values i need to convert into negative values if equal to xyz
'on running the code the values should change to positive values vice versa
Signs should be changed vice versa

Not quite sure what you're looking for but to reverse the sign of any number multiply by -1. So perhaps

Yes....if criteria is matched to xyz then
range of values should be converted into negative values

xyz 25 65 89

result :
xyz -25 -65 -89
