VB Code to copy data to named sheet with lookup value

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB Code to perform following task.
Refer to Sheet "Inventory".
Cell D2 and E2 are Sheet Name
Need to copy Inventory Qty from column D and E for ID referring in column D.

Example:
Start with cell B3, Find this ID in Column D of sheet name in Cell D3 and E3, if it finds, copy this qty.
Ignore if not found.
And so on..
