Create a macro to manipulating a multiple order export to produce a suitable import file.

Hi, I am looking for some recommendations on how to streamline this process I am currently doing manually.

To try and explain this as best I can here is a bit of background to this spreadsheet, this is an example but really there are a lot of conditions that need to be factored in.

I work for a family business that manufactures/sells play equipment, our frames are sent via a courier all over Australia. The no. of items in each order can vary from 1-30 different boxes.

To aid us with process the shipping consignment a freight forwarder has created a system for us to import a spreadsheet with multiple orders, these can be seen in Column A. Each item in the order has its individual line.

Our shipping software uses column U to generate the amount of boxes required for each order, and this is where the rules come into it.

    - The first row of each unique order can't be deleted. (this row contains customer details & shipping methods)
    - For each unique order if column U contains 'CHI-' or 'GOR-', cells Q-U should be swapped to first line in the order. (as shown in the example, row 6 has a SKU that we need to remove but we can't delete the first line. Values in Q8-U8 should be swapped with Q6-U6)
    - For each unique order if column U contains 'CHI-' or 'GOR-', then rows where column U contains 'RUBS' or 'SS-' can be deleted (as long as they are not the first row in the order)

I would appreciate any feedback or advise anyone could give me so I can starting working on creating a macro to start helping with this.

Along with the steps already provided, can you show what the output is that you expect to see for the sample data.
