VBA: Using Range.GoalSeek to automate multiple goal seeks in a single worksheet

Hi everyone! New here, and also a newbie to VBA on excel.
I'm looking to automate some goal seeks for my workbook
As the data I'm dealing with is sensitive, I have created an example to illustrative my problem:

I'm looking for a VBA that makes it possible for me to enter my goal value for row 7 AND row 14 on row 8 AND row 15 (highlighted yellow) respectively(e.g: if I enter 0 on D8, D7 will turn to 0 by changing D4).

The following code allows me to automate just one cell but I have no clue on how to expand it to accommodate all the other cells:

I'm not sure if this is even possible but any help will be appreciated!
