Trying to Pull the Oldest Date of a File from a Folder

I am trying to find the oldest file in a folder. It pulls dates, but the dates are wrong like the oldest date in a file is 4/1/2019, but it kept saying 3/29/2019. I would also like it to count how many files are older than 2 months from todays date. So in like column B have the oldest file, then in column C say how many files are over 2 months old.
