Lightbulb Build Macro for Coffee Machine, weighing its ingredients. Please throw some light on how?

    Hello All,

Firstly thanks for clicking on this thread. My question is,

I need to get data from weighing scale in excel and if the data reaches particular limit, it should show a green light

Actually I wanted to develop an application which gives the suggestion of how much I need to add weight. For example, if I need to make a coffee, Sugar should be 10grams, coffee powder should be 15 grams and water should be 100 ml(which can be converted into weight). Now, once the weighing scale reached 10 grams for sugar, macro should give a green light. Then I will go to coffee powder. If coffee powder reaches to 15 grams, it should show green. The same is for water too..

Please provide your inputs on how to do this.

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards

    Welcome to the forum!

How are you planning on feeding live data from your weighing machine into Excel?

    Hello AliGW,

    Thanks for responding back!
I have a weighing scale, which can be connected to PC. Once it is connected, if we put some object on the weighing scale, it will directly push the weight of the object in excel cells. Please let me know if you have any query, I'll be glad to explain so that we can find some solution.

    Thanks again!
