VBA to delete rows with different criteria (specifically numbers in a range)

Hello experts

Looking for some help writing some VBA to delete rows in column B.

I found some VBA on google that allows to specifiy multiple criteria such as blanks or specific text, but I'm stuck on how to specifiy a list of criteria as below:

In my case looking to delete a row where column B contains any number between 5000 and 5999 inclusive and specific text "M110", "M111",3255BM1"

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
