Single space is to be added just before prefix "("

Hi,

I have a list of data in which I have to add a single space just before "(" of B2 and below.A sample is shown at D2.Doing one by one is seems to be troublesome.

I have mentioned only one data but there might be much more.

Maybe a formula will do the job:

=TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(B2,"("," ("))

Maybe a formula will do the job:

=TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(B2,"("," ("))

You could do as suggested by Glenn above into say a separate column cell on the same row. Then compy that cell down to all needed rows.
Then copy the entire result cells back "as Values" back to the original cells.
