Dynamic Sheet Name in Vlookup/Sum If Formula

    Hello Friends

I need a help to set the worksheet name to dynamic. Currently the below vba code is working properly (assuming the name of the worksheet is 'Sheet1'). I want to make it dynamic may be using Worksheets(1).Name in it.
But, I don't know how to do it. Please help.
