Named range of multiple rows based on text criteria

I would like to limit the below Application to a named range, or range based on text criteria in a row. In my testing, the below works fine for the specified Range("N34:T34")

The attached file will give you a visual of what I require. I want to double-click to show my userform only within the rows (and columns N to T) when column D contains "Plan" text.
The example is highlighted in yellow. Obviously a named range can be created by selecting these rows etc. but when the data set is large, and can vary in length, I'd need this to be in the code to allow for this.
