Filter and copy data from one tab into another

Hi,

I'm creating a weekly forecast file that counts orders and deliveries for the current month.
Example workbook attached.

I need to create a macro to filter and copy over the data from the 'Order Book' tab into the 'BEFORE' tab.

It will need to filter column AO on 'Order Book' to match P5 in 'BEFORE'.
It will need to filter column AQ on 'Order Book' include any dates between P6 and Q7 on 'BEFORE'.
It will need to filter column U on 'Order Book' to include anything that is NOT a blank.
It will then need to copy the data into row 15 (or 14 if including headers) on 'BEFORE'.

I'm fairly confident with excel formulas but very new to macros so any help is appreciated.
