Having trouble getting the Next value

I am trying to write a code that will grab values down the column, but if column H has already updated I want it to go to the next value and stop the if. Here is what I currently have, but keep getting an error about Next.

Not sure why you have 3 loops, especially as the first (for each c) isn't doing anything.
You could replace the 3 loops with 1 like
