Adding data to an excel file using a form

I have 2 files one "Example" is where all the information is stored the other "Receipt Number Generator" is a file 10 users will be using to update the Example file stored on a network drive.

When a user opens the Receipt number generator they fill in all the details on "form 1", on clicking submit this information needs to copy to the next available line in the Example Document.

The Receipt number needs to follow on in sequence and then after all is copied over form 2 from the "Receipt Number Generator" needs to show the receipt number that was created.

I have attached the 2 files hopefully this makes sence and someone can find me an answer :D

Why are you using two files when both would have to be opened concurrently?
