run a simple format change macros simultaneously in 20 workbooks

I have a simple vba macro that reverses two rows on a worksheet. There is a command button that runs it. It's for job so I can't post the actual code but a slightly redacted versions is below:

works fine for one worksheet.
Problem is I want it to run across 20 workbooks when it runs in one. I know I can activate other workbooks, I'd like to have this code run even those workbooks are closed. Thought's are appreciated.
