Need help with dynamic countifs

Hi! I am working on a spreadsheet that is populated and the size of various data sets may vary.

As a result, I would like to do the following...

I have an activecell (which changes) and would like to do something like this...

Ws4 and Ws6 are Dim

This gets an error message of 424 object required...???



In the active cell, look two columns over for the cell value and match to column 7 in worksheet 4, also, match Cell E49 to Column 6 in worksheet 4 and return the value, this will then get looped over several rows and several columns to populate a chart that looks something like this...


Vendor Names with dates as column headings, so it will tell me the count for each vendor on each date. Something is wrong with my activecell formula and I can't figure it out, any ideas?
