Would love some help with a macro i'm writing, i have been stressing over it for days! And i just can't think up a solution.
Basically i have a list of names and hours that i want to place onto another sheet. I would normally use a sumif formula for this, however i also want to be able to easily reconcile which names didn't match on the second sheet. Its working well when i only have one months data on sheet20. When i add a second month, instead of adding the month data into each column it just grabs the total for that employee and puts it into the last month, ie instead of showing 10 hours for May, 10 hours for april it would total both and just show 20 hours for April.
Thanks in advanced for your help. Oh one side note... if at all possible i would love a brief explanation of what is wrong with it and what you changed as opposed to just sending the new code.
