See the attached and this is a fixed for good...
Administrative Note:

We would very much like to help you with your query, however you need to include code tags around your code.
Please take a moment to add the tags. Posting code between
Please Login or Register to view this content.
tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, and it also maintains VBA formatting.
Click on Edit to open your post, then highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here

CEO76 - you have been a member for a long time and should know the rules, so you need to amend your post yourself, please.
Mscarrie - as you are new, I have added the tags for you this time.

Hi Ceo76,
Sorry for the inconvenience i have done ,i really salute you for this! Thank you .
mscarrie - make this thread SOLVED if the solution is what you look for!
Just this last time Sir CEO76 ,since there was an adjustment for the payroll ,hopefully you may help me again . I have attached another file ,that would be the last , i tried to edit it ,but it was not the same .
Solution is in the attached file. Mark it SOLVED if this is the right one!
Sorry for off-topic interjection:
Although there is no official rule regarding this behaviour, we request that wherever possible both the question AND the answer be provided in substantive detail here within the thread. An attached workbook is an excellent aid for posing a question and offering a solution, but solely doing that with no in thread explanation makes it difficult for researchers to understand or consider the Q & A of this thread without downloading what may be a pointless doc to them, if they can do that at all. Doing that also hides the content from search engines so others may never benefit from this.
I'm sure you understand, and we look forward to seeing you post your formulas/macros in your posts for the searching benefit of all.
If you want to print PDF files for all the people in Column C of Payroll sheet in one go, this might be of help.
The macro can be run from either sheet, Payroll or Payslip.
I have not downloaded/opened any of the attachments, except your first one, so this might be a duplicate.
Try it and see if this is what you need
Change the folder or path where the PDF files will be saved before running the code.

oh sorry i i didn't know i am a beginner in macros that's why i really want it to see it in my excel worksheet .This would be the last thank you !
Make a Folder called "Payroll", without the double quotation marks, in your C drive so it looks like C:\Payroll
The PDF files for each person will be saved in that Folder.
If you want to save it in a different folder you will need to change the code to reflect this.
How will i tag this post solved ?
