Is there a way to create a cell that acts like a dropdown with multiple options (yes, no, "blank") but that you can cycle through by clicking the cell, the cell value going from one to the next to the next without having to hit a down arrow?

Thread moved to VBA section, as this will require VBA.

How do I set a specific range w/ that?
In the code you will see the cells address, "A1" (in 2 places), Change this to a cell address that suits you.
If you have not yet successfully run the code, follow these instructions:-
To load code, Right click sheet TAB, Select "View Code" > Code module appears>> paste code into this module window.
To run code Select the cell specified in the code.
