    Question Print preview for a User Form OR Select a printer from list of avaiable

    Hi again everyone.

    I'm approaching completion on this project but I just need a little bit more help, this time with printing User Forms. As per attached workbook, if you are on the 'MASTER' sheet and you press the [Print] button, select one of the entry and click [Continue] this loads the UserForm 'Print_UI'. Here, I would like to have the three buttons to work, [Cancle] is already done and technically, [Print] works; I've made sure the Form prints nicely on A4, but it prints to what ever is set as the default.

    I found some code somewhere that gives you a list of printer that you can access but choosing one does not seem to apply to the [Print] button. So my question is two fold;
    1) Is there a Form version of

    ? Because if there is, a printer can be selected from a print preview (I think) OR,
    2) Is there a way to make

    work? Because that would do nicely too

    I've had a good look around and the other options take a screenshot of the form and paste it into a sheet to print, but I don't like how it looks when it's done that way.

    Thanks in advance,
    Hobbit

    I tried that torachan and it does work, but it does not quite meet my requirements. I've found scrips in the past that will take a screen shot, but I need it to just print the form. It looks fine when it does that, but I'd like to have control over where it prints to.

    Personally, I would have a sheet set up that looks how you want it, populate it with the form data and print that sheet.
