Chek if workbook is only one in instance?

Is het possible to run a script that is constantly checking if a workbook is the only one in a instance?
If not to give a warning and set cell C2 is "Off"

I found this but it isn't working.

Is there a way to check after the workbook is already opent.
When the workbook A is running and another is opent in the same instance that there wil be a warning in workbook A? Kind of watch dog?

and then you can run this macro manually (or set it to run every X minutes) to check that any other workbook has been open meantime.
If I am correctly read you needs.
