Disable Data Validation Input Message W/ VBA

Hello All,

I am new to this forum, found it online and it had a ton of activity. So cool to see communities like this with people sharing knowledge. Anyway..

I am constantly using Data Validation when I send sheets to clients in order to minimize the types of mistakes they make. One of the things I do is also add tips using the Data Validation Input Message feature. Someone recently asked me if there was a way for them to remove this since they have been using the sheet for so long. The only way I could do this of course was to unlock the sheet and fix it, which isn't practical when I've sent it to so many people and continue to do so. I was looking online to see if there was a way to disable strictly the Input Message function, and not the rest of the Data Validation settings using a Macro button.

I've found ways to disable it completely but not one where only the input messages where turned off and could be turned back on, like a toggle or switch. Not sure if possible but I've learned with excel that the answer is usually someone else knows how to do it and I don't!
