I have a macro, where it highlights the alternate rows in a sheet, this is our standard requirement. The challenge is, I need to verify a condition and change the color of only cells in column J when the required condition is met for all rows. I have the below codes. can anyone help me with it.

Yeah, conditional formatting trumps cell formatting. Just convert your day of week tests to conditional formatting and make them the proper priority with respect to your alternating line formatting.

Only curious. But is a macro really needed for this? If your data was setup as a table, this will alter the row color shading for you each time you add a new row.Originally Posted by Jimmy1709
