VB Code to reorganize employee hours data

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB Code to perform folowing task.
I have employee hours as shown in sheet "Job Summary vy Employee"

I need Code to cut and paste Total Row in column B next to employee name and delete other data.
Please refer to sheet FINAL which shows the result i need in sheet "Job Summary vy Employee"
