Comparing of Columns with VBA code

Hello to all

It is part of Excel sheet
I want to highlight blank cells in A & B columns if column E value
greater than zero, if found the cells in A & B to be highlighted
with help of vba code. The Last row
would be A19.
Whether this can be achieved.

Why do you need VBA for that? You could use Conditional Formatting.
