Dashboard data entries & data entry into correct cell on a DB Sheet

If someone can answer for me

I have a " Front Sheet" for the data entry, I require some of that data to be copied to another sheet

Can VBA look at

Just for this exercise I will refer to a rider " X " known as 5

Just for this exercise I will refer to a rider " Y " known as 14

Just for this exercise I will refer to a Checkpoint 1 known as CP1 Open sheet Cell "E12 "

D6 is >=1, & <=100
F6="OPEN"
H6 >=1,<=7
L6 = clear
N6 = clear
Q6 = clear
J6 has a time in it

Once L6, N6, Q6 are (Blank), is satisfied , do the search for rider " X" from cell D6 on " Front Sheet " goto "OPEN sheet " across to
column "C" "Row 8 " ensure in this case "C12" ="O" (Uppercase o") then proceed across for this rider to cell "E12 "
subject to the number in cell H6 " Front Sheet " go across to " Open Sheet " columns " E, F, G, H, J,K,L,M,N," then enter into
the time from " Front Sheet " " J6 " into "E12"

L6 = clear
N6 = clear
Q6 = If has a time in it
J6 has to have NO time in it else error.
otherwise carry out similar (Actions 1 ) BUT ONLY into Columns " I to N "

N6 = clear
Q6 = Clear
J6 has a time in it
then carry out similar (Actions 1 ) EXCEPT transmit what ever is in " Front Sheet " L6 to that Checkpoint

( In other words if Rider No 2 mounts fails a Vet check at 07:00 at Checkpoint 3 then the letter V will be
sent to "Open sheet F9 ".)
