VBA Code to Consolidate Multiple Sheets with Multiple Criteria

Hi All,

Attached is the Data file which I have where performance data is in different sheets along with the Employee Code, Frequency, Date, Name.

Data from E Column in all the sheets are performance data.

I would like to have a VBA Code where the code runs and consolidates data from all the sheet into New sheet and remove duplicates from column (Employee Code, Frequency, Date, Name) and capture data from E to all columns as from all the sheets per the Employee Code, Frequency, Date, Name.

I have removed the Employee Code and shown as "-". This will be unique for each employee.

Let me know for any clarifications.
