ActiveX Checkbox Not Working

Hi everyone,

The following code is supposed to create a new chart every time I checkoff my ActiveX checkbox, however, I have to constantly check and un-check it for it to work. See attached for my workbook and below if you only want the code. I want to be able to just click a cell and "updatechart" to be automatically called. Any help is appreciated

I appreciate the help, however, it is giving me the same results as the original code. Let me know if I am just doing this incorrectly:

After replacing my old code with your code, I un-check and then recheck the check box. Immediately, the message box appears with the message "Selection Out of Range" which is accurate since it is out of range. Sadly, when I click any other cell, nothing is happening even though the check box remains checked.

Am I doing something wrong?

The problem is I misread your code. It does work. I didn't realize I needed to remain within column B. This works beautifully and I understand the code as well. Much appreciated!
