Vba to filter current month, prior month, two months ago and three months ago

Good Afternoon,

I am attempting to write a macro that will filter current month, prior month, two months ago and three months ago. I have a set of data that I want to compare monthly I haven't been able to find any code online that will pull specific months of data. Below is the data, I would like to be able to filter by the full month. So current month =July, Last Month = June, etc. Below is some of the data I am working with, also attached a spreadsheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
