    well we have 8 possible numbers
    in last digit code,
    * 06 07 08 09 16 17 18 19
    the macro will detect on last digit
    6,7,8,9 in their respective positions
    * of the sweepstakes, this code 6,7,8,9 is last
    * number digit
    * example 17 last digit is 7

    As any english formula can be directly added to a cell whatever the Excel local version
    on VBE side via the Immediate window (Ctrl G) …

    Formula in Portuguese, Brazil
    =SE(ÉNÚM(PROCURAR(DIREITA(A5;1);"6789"));A5;"")

    Nota: Como pode ver, existem pequenas diferenças entre as duas fórmulas, nada que o tradutor não o possa fazer (Thanks to @AliGW for the link).
