VB Code to do Conditional formating for range of cells with criteria

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB Code to perform following.


Find Row# for Vendor Code which is in cell B2 in data range B21 down.
In this case Cell B28.
Now i need to apply Conditional Formatting for data in cell range E28:N28 as below.
1st add each cell data for Row#5 with Row#28, If result is less then or equal to 2 then highlight Yellow

Example:
E5 + E28 = 0 ..Hightlight
F5 + F28 = 7 ...DO NOT highlight
G5 + G28 = 2 ...highlight
H5 + H28 = 0 ...highlight
