VBA Looping help

I haven't used VBA macros for over 10 years and I need help with how I loop through the code I have recorded

This is the code I need to increase B1 by 1 every time in the namelookup sheet
then paste the values from Neighbourfinder into Sheet 1 10 times

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
