Using VBA for sheets security with range.

Hey there!

I've been coding a bit with VBA, but I'm not that good with it.
These code should secure the cells within range
There should be asked a password which is 30713, if correct, you may continue.
But this password is only to be asked if C7:P16 is being edited.
This code should be executed every time when the program is starting up
