The query did not run, or the database table could not be opened error

Hi have this error "The query did not run, or the database table could not be opened ." when I refresh my excel file. What could have caused this?

I already tried to relinked the table in my MS Access database, recreated all tables that are linked in my query, no #Error in the data, relink my table in my excel or relink my ODC or ODBC connection, when I tried to run this in MS Access no error occur, checked the query and seems no changes at all. This file is working the other day but today it has that error. Can someone enlighten me? tia

I already caught the error using power query editor. Error is summarized. So, I have #Error in my calculated field. Will just edit it so that this error will not occur.
