    Copy data workbook to another workbook vba code

    Dear All,
    Enclosed herewith 2 workbooks , i want copy from sheet1 values of data1 workbook to paste in sheet1 of data2 workbook

    two workbooks is in D:\ABCD\ folder.

    can pls send vba code..
