Track dependencies in workbook and test correctness

    Good morning,

i have a lot of validation lists (drop downs) and want to check if after change there will be not errors in dependent cells.
And i want to do this not manually by checking each value from dropdown manually but doing this by code/automatically.

    So in [A1] i have dropdown with 3 numbers: 1, 2 and 3.
Dependent cells is in [D1] where is the vlookup formula with reference to table.
But in this table when i will choose number 2 there is no data. So i will have "#N/A" error in [D1].
    So data is not there.

If i could somehow track that number 2 was choosen from DV in [A1] and this caused error in [D1] - and do this for all worksheets:
    It would be very nice.

    Thanks
    For better world
