Macro to export tab to CSV

Hi all...looking for advice.

I currently have a spreadsheet with 3 tabs.

On tab 1...I create a table that draws data from tabs 2 & 3, depending on what is input into cell A.

With regards to using a Macro... is it possible to extract Tab 1 as a CSV file, where the value in cell A is change multiple times?

i.e

Cell A = 1 (Tab 1 is exported to a csv file named '1')
then
Cell A = 2 (Tab 1 is exported to a csv file named '2')
