Hi,
I am getting second to second data in excel workbook. I want to record this data in another cell. The changing values keeps on going higher high or lower lows. I want highest high in one cell and lowest low in another cell. For example suppose changing value is now 15954. It keeps on changing second to second. Suppose at next second it could be 15956 or 15950. I wanted to record made if lower than previous value in one cell. And also wanted to record if it made new high than previous value in another cell.

It depends on how the change in a cell hapens - is it really written there or is it a result of formula? Let's assume former one.
Such VBA event handler in a worksheet code module would do the job
(try changing A1 value and observe B1 and C1):

Thanks Kaper, I will observe in coming days. But I forgot to mention one more thing is that I need daily ( today's ) fresh high or low. Suppose yesterday's start at 15945.47 and made high 15962.59 and low made 15881.56 and if close at 15930.58. From next day it will start from 15930.58, I need today"s fresh high or low. Yesterday's high or low should show in separate row or column as previous day high or low.

Then at the start of a new day copy old low/high values to different cells and clear contents (delete) B1:C1 they will be filled with that day low/high values

Yes will do, but can we do automatic update in separate cell ?

Sure,
It can also be done automatically.
I'd probably use separate cells (column?) with say one month of dates and refer to today() to use appropriate cells for low/high
