If statement to populate a drop down menu

Needing a drop down menu option to fill down in cells based on if information is present in those subsequent rows.
Ex. Row 2 in spreadsheet has data filled in columns A thru D & column E has a drop down menu selection.

Needing to auto fill this drop down menu to rows 3, 4, 5 etc. as long as data is in those same rows in columns A thru D

# of rows in spreadsheet will constantly vary.

Is this possible?

Just wanted to point out that DD's cannot affect other cells. There is nothing magical about a DD, it is the same as if you were to manually enter/type data into a cell, with the ONLY differences being that it can save typing, restrict data entry and help prevent typos.

Could you explain in more detail what you’re trying to do? Using a clear example would help.
