Search through one tab - compare to another - paste found info to new tab

Hello I am trying to look through a 2 tabs (GL Activity and Rules) and see if information matches on them and then grab cell values from GL Activity and copy to tab Sheet 4. Below is the code I have so far but I am stuck as it doesn't find the next value on Sheet 4 and copy information beneath that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have labeled the tabs in the file as starting point which, what my code is currently doing, and what I need the final product to look like.

    Thank you so much

Try this and see if it does what you want.

This looks great! Do you know how I can pull an additional column from GL Activity (Column K) to look the same as "Sheet 4 - SHOULD LOOK LIKE" in column C. Greatly appreciate your help!!

I assume you mean you want the transaction description in a column next to the transaction amounts.
