Copy past the data but when the validation is included

Hi all,

Can some one help me tweek on the code i have .. its simple one though .

The code i have has a small issue which i need it dynamic , basically my current code copy and past the new data to old one based on the match validation given in the sheet "vLookup" . everything goes good .

i wanted to copy past the data with another validation saying copy only with validation point "Include" in column "DU" from my source sheet "New"
