Copy text from excel file 1 to excel file 2

Dear friends,

I would like a macro that copies text from excel file 1 to excel file 2.

The text to be copied are from columns:

Column A (file 1) to column B (file 2)
Column B (file 1) to column D (file 2)
Column F (file 1) to column A (file 2)

Could you assist please?

Thanks dangwlor. I forgot to mention that file 1 has 2 macro buttons and they are also being copied crossed. Could the buttons be stopped from being copied across? Also could the text in file 1 be copied across from row 6 to row 1 in file 2.
