Excel opening of file-Error

Hi,
I have attached the error, why is it popping up..
I have few macros in the file.. with few sheets..
I have not locked up anything nor protected the sheets in the file..
Kindly let me know, why is the error coming..

First, if the workbook is on a local hard drive, just close Excel and retry. If it remains, reboot the computer …

The file is in local hard drive .. I have closed and also restarted .. but this problem exist..
Dont know why..
