Workbook macro's not working when protected

Hi,

I've had a lot of help from here already in getting my spreadsheet to function so thanks to you all, its appreciated.

However, when I come to protect it as its going out to lots of people in an organisation the macro's result in errors.
From doing some research I see that this is common and there are "ways" around it, I have started going down the route of UnProtect & Protect at the start and end of macro's but this still causes me issues (probably because I'm doing something wrong).

My question really is that my workbook works over several sheets which the macro's copy data to, clear data, sort data... This results in a file size over 4.6MB, how is it possible to create a sample to show my problem to get the help I need?

I'm worried that I keep adding code to get protection to work and I'll end up confusing everything.
