    Hi All,

    ID PPNo PPRev PPType ATPno

    710032568145 101742 17 CU 94060734
    710032761928 101788 23 CU 94074501
    710034561928 101789 21 CU CON 570341
    810032761998 101814 19 CU CON 570341
    910032761929 102060 8 CU CON 570341

In a folder I have files with ATPno as below
    94060734.pdf
    94074501.pdf
    CON 570341.pdf

now the task is like if ATPno column has the file linked to different ID in column A, but I have only one file in folder, is there any way like I copy the file 94060734.pdf and get another copy and rename that new file to 710032568145_94060734.pdf and in folder I should have 2 pdf files as below
    710032768145_94060734.pdf
    710032568145_94060734.pdf

can any one help me out on this. TIA

Re: Macro to concatenate file name

    Welcome to the forum

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
