VBA User Form Issues - Check boxes greyed out after running macro

Hello everyone,

I am new at learning VBA and was working with a pre written code from a coworker. I needed to change some of the code to reflect the change in some of our column names. We created a form that would pop up so we could select what columns we wanted our code to pick up to generate the file that the code was meant for. Has anyone ever created a userform and selected certain items and then when you run the macro, some of the check boxes grey out and the data does not populate?

It all depends on how your code is written so posting it would be helpfull. An example workbook with userform and code in it would be even better.
