Help Please. need a piece of vb code to analyze a cell and create a new cell

if the cell contains "Pick 2-1=I,K" new cell = "I-1;K-1"

if the cell contains "Pick 3-1=I,K,M new cell = I-1;K-1;M-1

if the cell contains "Pick 4-1=I,K,M,O new cell = I-1;K-1;M-1;O-1

The value after the "Pick #" is the value that get appended to each of the letters. example Pick 3-2=A,B,C would become A-2;B-2;C-2

The separator in the new cell is a semi-colon.
